Committee Reports:

1. Negotiations:
   1. George and Jim gave Barb information for the negotiations of the custodians and secretaries.
   2. Security guards should now have a hard copy of their contract
   3. The Paras contract was lost. A new one is being generated. (It has since been sent out)
2. Grievance:
   1. There will be a meeting in Barb Alderfer's room on May 31^st.
3. Social:
   1. The Deli trip was a success. There is talk about running two trips next year: one in the spring & one in the fall.
   2. There will be a Social Committee meeting May 19^th in room A106 at PMS.
4. Ed Council:
   1. There is a meeting May 11^th.

Old Business:

1. Summer Leadership: Several people are interested. This runs from August 6^th -12^th.
2. Pride grant: The forms have not gone out from Trenton yet.
3. Scholarship Committee: The Scholarship Selection Committee will meet at Flynn's on May 18^th to select this year's candidates from the applications.
   

New Business:

1. There is interest in forming a Health and Safety Committee. If you are interested in being on this committee, let Barb Alderfer know.
2. The Membership Committee is updating the personal information on our members. Forms for each person were handed out to building reps to check for incorrect information. If the information is not correct, make the changes and return to the building rep.
3. Gail Barbadora would like to find someone interested in being trained for the Membership Committee. Gail does a great job but she would like to find someone who would be interested in taking it over when she is ready to leave (which we hope won't be for a long, long time.)

Building concerns:

1. Concerns about the calendars coming out so late. It makes it hard to make plans.
2. George will check into time differences for second shift custodians.
