Notice for NJEA Members Returning from a Leave of
Absence:
At the
conclusion of a disability leave through the Washington
National Insurance Company, you have NO automatic
continuation of disability
coverage.
If you want
to continue coverage in the NJEA endorsed insurance plans
you must enroll within 90 days of your return to work
to avoid answering health questions and avert the
possibility of being rejected.
