Over the past decade, the evaluation process for teachers has changed dramatically. This workshop will focus upon understanding the framework laid out in AchieveNJ, compiling important data and aligning data and artifacts to evaluation rubrics in an effort to ensure the annual summative score and feedback accurately reflects a teacher’s performance and future potential for growth. Participants will understand the various components of the evaluation system, how they can make the most of the process, and discuss advocacy methods for ensuring fair evaluations.
